From the first meaty, chunky
guitar riffs, Honeydrip
flies out of the speakers like a crazed tazmanian devil, featuring
Brent Pettersson's piercing vocal, a mixture of Perry Farrell and
Ozzy Osbourne, Sugar Love Honey
forages familiar ground with renewed vigor on the 1999 Manic Records
release Honeydrip which
was also produced
by the bands guitarist Kevin Delaney.

Love Honey is a band that can
straddle the fence comfortably between the "Alternative"
and "Active" Rock worlds, and that means a resounding
"cha ching" for record labels!" according to the Album
Network's Virtually Alternative magazine.
Beginning with the pairing of
guitarist Kevin Delaney and vocalist Brent Pettersson, Sugar
Love Honey grew out of mutual
respect and admiration for similar tastes in music. Bassist Freddy
Villano joined the outfit prior to the bands westward migration to
Los Angeles where they rounded out the live lineup with drummer
Jackie Ramos.
Sugar Love Honey
will be releasing a full length CD on Manic Records in 2006 which
will include remixes from 1999's "Honeydrip" EP as well as
previously unreleased tracks so stay tuned for more updates on SLH in
the near future.
